0.4: Recovery kit

Sign-up with no setup steps, and a Recovery Kit PDF so a lost device never locks you out.

Silent vault setup. Signing up now takes you straight into a chat. Your encryption keys are created on your device in the background.
Recovery Kit. A PDF with your 12-word recovery phrase downloads automatically. It's the only way back into your vault from a new device, so keep it somewhere safe.
"Secure your vault" reminder. A small card stays until you confirm you've saved the kit. Until then, nothing you do can lock you out.

0.5: Pick your model, watch it think

A model picker that recommends a tier for your device, and replies that show their reasoning.

0.3: Chat first

Chat becomes the product: history that follows you, a proper sidebar, and public docs.
